Beans or No Beans - The US Youth Soccer National Office recently participated in the Plano Special Olympics Chili Cook-off. Staff members formed two teams - "Tom's Texas Chili" (Tom Hart and Doug Johnson) and "Yankee Chili" (Rob Martella and Edgar Ortegon) - but neither team placed in the top three. The event raised more than $7,500 for Plano Special Olympics, which fields four US Youth Soccer Uniroyal TOPSoccer teams.
